No Smoking
All of our guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in a guest room will result in a $150.00 fee and possible eviction from property. We do offer a designated smoking area as well as smoking receptacles. Please use these to help keep our property clean.

Housekeeping
We do not offer daily housekeeping services to our stayover guests. We have laundry receptacles at the front desk area for guests to place any soiled items. The front desk staff will then provide you with any replacements as well as any additional needs you may have such as toiletries.

Credit/Debit Card Authorizations
We reserve the right to authorize/charge all guests first night room and tax prior to arrival. All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card that can process first night room and tax, or total cost of stay during event dates. Reservations with invalid credit or debit cards that cannot meet these requirements will be cancelled. We will make an attempt to contact you with the information provided within your reservation to notify you of intended cancellation to provide you the opportunity to update your information prior to cancellation. It is important that you provide accurate contact information when making a reservation to prevent any unwanted cancellations.

No Pets
We do not allow pets at our facility or into our guest rooms. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in a $150.00 fee and possible eviction from property.
