Prime location on the main strip. Rooms are a bit old but have Jacuzzi tubs and best price we could find in Pigeon Forge. Also has an indoor and outdoor pool.

I don’t get why people hate the place. the bed was great. The pool was amazing. the hot tub WORKED so people can say it would not turn on. The room was clean no hair no bugs no mold. I’m defiantly going back

Everything was great the air just didn’t work really in our room . But for rod runs it was perfect

Christmas 2021. We had an amazing weekend stay in Suite 301. The room was beautiful. The staff was friendly. The pool needed to be warmer and the hot tub needed cleaning but in these times of labor shortages it was understandable. Thanks for making my family’s Christmas vacation unforgettable. We will be staying here again.

Pool was amazing and alot of people were friendly. The Bedroom was pretty nice and everything, and the bed was so comfy!!. In the pool room there’s stairs to get up to the slide and no one gets infront of you at all they all wait their turn no one gets you for going down the slide face first either and if you slide on your knees then you get a extra speed boost which only adults should do

This is the first vacation in a long time. My family and I had a blast. The staff was great. The room was clean and loved that the air conditioner was on in our room when we got there. The pools were clean.
The only thing is I wish that it had breakfast.

rooms are very clean. staff was really nice. 2 slides indoor and outdoor. bathroom was very very clean unlike other hotels i have stayed at. lobby was very nice. the lobby also had a computer you can use. i do recommend staying there.

The wifi doesn’t work good or don’t work at all. I think it’s amazing and has a good view, the inside pool and outside are absolutely incredible, I loved my stay here the rooms are nice and cold or warm and is very clean. Except when we stayed the elevator with the wood outside of it caught on fire. I recommend it!! If you’re okay without being on your phone.

I didn’t read the reviews before I booked…I read them on the way…I was very hesitant and made sure to check the beds for bugs and such before I brought my stuff to the room.
I was pleasantly surprised. Is this a 5 star Hilton? No. Is it a decent place to stay? Yeah. You can tell it’s older, it has some charm. Everything was clean and fresh. Dude at the front desk was nice.
I don’t see a reason for the low reviews imo this place is decent for the price.

Richard at the front desk is sun an extremely patient and gracious host, even when he’s working his butt off and dealing with lots of guests and lots of phone calls. he took great care of us during our stay! pools are awesome. waterslides are super fun. convenient to Dollywood. the place has a lot of great character and fun details. you can tell it’s older, so if you like a more modern experience, not for you. but me and my family loved it!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It was so smack in the middle of everything. I didn’t realize that when we booked it so it was exciting to see its location. We booked for the water slide alone and it did not disappoint. My kids stayed in that pool so much. The water slide was a lot of FUN! The only complaint I had was that water builds up when you’re coming to the steps for the water slide and my son slipped pretty bad. But we loved the slide during the day when no one else was in there hardly.
This motel also has a great coffee machine! It’s free and I really loved that! It was good coffee too!
The price was pretty good and our room just had queens and was still pretty spacious.

Im not going to Lie I blindly booked this room before seeing the reviews after reading the reviews I was terrified definitely considered canceling but im glad I didn’t the staff was very helpful and friendly the room was clean it did have a lil musty smell at 1st but nothing major there was no bugs roaches or anything described in all the reviews I did in fact book another night the location is perfect walking distance to all the parkway excitement perfect spot for us to watch the july 4th fireworks the pool areas are wonderful the slides are great fun the pools do possibly have a little to much chlorine but it’s nowhere near as bad as the negative reviews make it seem I would definitely book from this hotel again i was room 103

When we got there we were so disappointed by the worker addtuite he was so disrespectful and let people cut in front of us we didn’t really care about that too much but it got to a point when we got to the room there was holes in the walls and there was stains on are beds then my children wanted to go down to the pool so we did than my children looked in the pool and it was disgusting my 10 year old went down the slide and cut her hand that’s not Evan all my other child went down the slide and when she came down Richard a worker got in my kids face put his finger in my child’s face he did the same thing to a other child the parent was not happy about what he did so his child so he went up to the front desk and filed complaint and the man called the police and got us kicked out and would not give are 288$ dollars back this is your warning to not go

When looking to book I read reviews. Honestly had me worried from bad reviews but I said kids want the indoor slide let’s just try it. My stay was Nov 10, 2018. Our stay was good. Our room was nice. The pool was awesome. Yes they are redoing this place so they was painting on the outside had a ton of new fridges in lobby where they are redoing all rooms. This place is in the process of being well updated. Even with the work being done our stay was nice quite and clean. We will definitely be trying to go back come spring. This hotel is in a great location. Trampoline park next door. Mc Donald’s in walking distance and a food store also walking distance. It’s on the corner of dollywood lane so very good spot to easy access to that. Over all I would say we had a great stay. Only issue at all would be they was running out of pool towels but with that being said they gave you dry towels anytime you went to pool and had a place to leave wet ones at pool so you could alwatsjust use your towel again. We never not had towels but that was the only bad thing I heard other stayers mention. Thanks for our stay riverchase.
